About the role

  • Junior Sales Manager supporting tele-sales for iQ Lingua's online language tutoring. Engaging with customers, creating offers, and finalizing contracts in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone and written consultation for prospective customers in the online segment
  • Preparing proposals based on customer needs and closing (telephone) contracts
  • Handling emails, data entry, and supporting customer service

Requirements

  • Experience in telephone sales or phone-based consulting, preferably in the service sector (career changers are welcome)
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, excellent verbal expression, and customer- and service-oriented telephone manner
  • Team player, resilient and reliable
  • Negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Flexibility in afternoon working hours
  • Native-level German and very good English skills
