Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products
Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience
Cultivate strong relationships with customers
Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives
Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.)
