Project Sales Manager managing East Germany territory for a luxury design lighting brand. Involves client consulting, project management, and strategic business development.
Responsibilities
Independent management and expansion of the sales territory covering postal code areas 0, 1, 98 and 99 / eastern Germany
Advising architects, lighting designers, project developers and building owners on commercial, hospitality and residential projects
Acquisition of new business partners and maintenance of long-term client relationships
Management of projects including coordination of all stakeholders as well as price and contract negotiations
CRM maintenance and preparation of regular reports for the Director Project Sales
Market monitoring, development of brand placement strategies and presentations at trade fairs and events
Requirements
Experience in project sales of lighting, architectural or design products
Strong communication and negotiation skills and a passion for lighting technology and design
Independent, structured working style with high self-motivation
Willingness to travel within the sales territory in eastern Germany
Confident user of MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
Very good German and English language skills
