Sales Manager position in hospitality focusing on customer acquisition and long-term relationships. Driving sales strategies and participating in promotional activities to increase revenue.
Responsibilities
Proactive customer acquisition and account management aimed at building and maintaining long-term customer relationships (including contract negotiations and closing)
Design and execution of creative sales and promotion activities (e.g., sales blitzes)
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Close collaboration with the Commercial team and the General Managers of the individual hotels
Market monitoring and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Participation in trade shows, networking events and client events
Reporting and analysis of sales figures
Represent the brand with personality and passion
Requirements
Completed commercial training or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field
Several years of experience in sales — ideally in hospitality, food service or the service industry
Confident and professional manner with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong self-motivation, target orientation and enjoyment of proactive work
Entrepreneurial mindset combined with analytical understanding and strategic foresight
Willingness to travel within the region to visited hotels and events
Proficient in MS Office and common CRM systems
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
