About the role

  • Sales Manager position in hospitality focusing on customer acquisition and long-term relationships. Driving sales strategies and participating in promotional activities to increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive customer acquisition and account management aimed at building and maintaining long-term customer relationships (including contract negotiations and closing)
  • Design and execution of creative sales and promotion activities (e.g., sales blitzes)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Close collaboration with the Commercial team and the General Managers of the individual hotels
  • Market monitoring and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Participation in trade shows, networking events and client events
  • Reporting and analysis of sales figures
  • Represent the brand with personality and passion

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field
  • Several years of experience in sales — ideally in hospitality, food service or the service industry
  • Confident and professional manner with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong self-motivation, target orientation and enjoyment of proactive work
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with analytical understanding and strategic foresight
  • Willingness to travel within the region to visited hotels and events
  • Proficient in MS Office and common CRM systems
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
