Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and administration
- Solid understanding of complex business models, customer relationships, and sales processes in a B2B context
- Experience in modeling, optimizing, and digitizing business processes
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Understanding of interfaces, data flows, and system landscapes within corporate environments
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud highly preferred
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification highly preferred
- Ability to convey complex topics clearly to both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working in interdisciplinary and international teams
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
