Responsibilities
Ensure that key performance indicators are aligned with the agreed standards, monitoring and reporting results.
Manage, train and motivate the client service team, ensuring quality standards are met in all interactions and maintaining continuous updates of best practices and methodologies.
Develop, implement and monitor customized service plans for each client under your responsibility, aiming for service excellence.
Build strategic relationships with various client departments, including Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Market Intelligence.
Identify and open new solutions and opportunities within the client base, contributing to business expansion.
Collaborate with the team to ensure contract renewals while driving the growth of existing accounts.
Requirements
Postgraduate degree preferred in a related field.
Previous experience in Sales or Trade Marketing within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries, with a results-driven focus.
Proven ability in data analysis and generation of strategic insights.
Proficiency in Office 365, especially advanced Excel, and familiarity with databases.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Innovative mindset and proactivity in creating and sharing best practices.
Experience working with market research company data and/or in the FMCG sector.
Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc., is a plus.
Based in or willing to relocate to the interior of Paraná or Curitiba.
