About the role

  • Field Service Manager leading a team of Field Service Engineers for Teradyne Defense and Aerospace. Responsible for installation, maintenance, and hardware support of test systems while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach a team of Field Service Engineers
  • Manage customer relationships, expectations, and schedule
  • Engage in cross-functional communication
  • Balance contractual obligations across the team schedule
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and instruct maintenance training courses
  • Manage and delegate cases in the support queue

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Automated Test Equipment industry
  • Experience in installation and maintenance of complicated electronics test equipment
  • Demonstrated skills in mentorship and communication
  • Experience managing teams preferred
  • Secure clearance is preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain secure clearance once hired.
