About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day supply planning processes for the Depuy Synthes portfolio

- Drive cost optimization and improved inventory visibility

Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or similarly complex, regulatory dependent Sector
- In depth Planning experience and understanding of E2E supply chain principles
- Ability to work independently in a structured and determined way
- Team leader-coach: ability to lead, encourage and grow diverse talent
- Experience in creating Customer-Centric E2E Supply Chain strategies
- APICS / CSCP / LEAN / Six Sigma certifications
