About the role
- Senior Manager, External Manufacturing overseeing global External Manufacturers with a revenue responsibility of > $25MM in Electrophysiology services. Driving performance and collaboration for quality, financial, and service targets across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage global External Manufacturers in support of > $25MM in revenue for Electrophysiology (EP)
- Implement supplier performance management and develop performance reviews
- Partner in the development and drive the External Manufacturing vision
- Serve as a point of escalation for issues and bring resolutions
- Drive network efficiencies in alignment with global EM vision
- Collaborate with internal partners for New Product Introductions (NPI)
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences or related field preferred
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience
- Strong analytical/technical proficiency & competence, project management skills
- Experience working in/supporting Manufacturing Operations
- Experience in a GMP environment preferred
- Experience in multiple areas of supply chain including managing third-party manufacturers, procurement, distribution or finance preferred
- Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification preferred
