Responsibilities
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden rond HR-topics
Je ondersteunt en coacht managers in hun people management
Je ondersteunt performance management, talentontwikkeling en succession planning
Je adviseert rond sociaal recht en arbeidswetgeving
Je begeleidt change- en verbetertrajecten binnen de organisatie
Je analyseert HR-data en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties
Je bent regelmatig aanwezig in onze werkplaatsen en bouwt sterke relaties op met de teams
Je fungeert als back up payroll Administratie.
Je werkt mee aan interne projecten (intern en global)
Requirements
Bachelor of master binnen HR, psychologie, rechten of gelijkaardig
Minstens enkele jaren ervaring als HR Business Partner of generalistische HR-rol
Sterke kennis van sociale wetgeving
Je bent digitalisatie en implementatie van nieuwe programma’s niet vreemd
Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands
Je hebt een goede kennis Engels voor communicatie met onze collega’s in Zweden
Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
