About the role

  • HR Services Professional providing support to Kyndryl employees and HR groups in various processes. Handle transactions from onboarding to employee departures ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support and guidance to employees
  • Handle new-hire onboarding to performance evaluations, benefits, and employee departures
  • Relaying information on HR policies, payroll, and more
  • Mentor junior colleagues and provide training
  • Take ownership of complex cases and provide resolutions

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources function
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office such as Excel, Word and Power-point
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • English language is required
  • Preference given to German speakers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources preferred
