  • Senior role managing the Portugal Dealer for Scania, a leader in sustainable transport solutions. Overseeing operations, sales, and customer relations to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Dealership Management, create profitability by managing the dealership to meet current and future customer needs and business targets in accordance with plans and strategies.
  • Dealership Operations, run the daily operations in a safe and profitable way by setting and following up clear targets, enabling and engaging teams and implementing a continuous improvement approach.
  • Dealership Sales and Marketing, act as a broad external representative for the Dealership and Scania in general, showcasing the Scania’s presence, interacting with customers, business associations, unions, schools etc.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in sales or services.
  • Using an understanding of business issues, processes and outcomes to enhance business performance.
  • Managing others to ensure their work contributes to organizational goals.
  • Developing individuals, building teams, resolving conflicts and applying workplace policies.
  • Solid interpersonal skills as well as coaching skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Documented experience in both leadership and management.
  • Strong leadership skills and employee development skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese, English and Spanish.
