About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all strategic post-sales activity for various customer segments
  • Maintain deep understanding of the product to help customers achieve business objectives
  • Leverage high-touch and one-to-many tactics for positive outcomes
  • Proactively identify and flag churn risk
  • Develop, test, and iterate on engagement strategies
  • Analyze customer data for effective engagement within portfolio
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Function as the voice of the customer

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B customer success
  • Experience working with a large portfolio of customers (+100)
  • High prioritization skills and process orientation
  • Context switching ability
  • Experience using a dynamic tech stack including Hubspot and Gainsight
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
