Manage all strategic post-sales activity for various customer segments

Analyze customer data for effective engagement within portfolio
Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams
Function as the voice of the customer
Requirements
2+ years of B2B customer success
Experience working with a large portfolio of customers (+100)
High prioritization skills and process orientation
Context switching ability
Experience using a dynamic tech stack including Hubspot and Gainsight
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
Ability to take initiative and adapt
