Responsibilities

  • Initiate meaningful conversations with prospective clients
  • Discern and qualify leads from marketing campaigns
  • Understand business needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Showcase the value of ScalePad's solutions
  • Take full ownership of territory and identify prospective clients
  • Set up meetings or calls with prospective clients
  • Keep Sales Manager informed about sales results
  • Stay informed about latest products and services

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales or customer service
  • Experience in client-facing roles across any industry
  • Passionate about learning and driven to continuously improve
  • Strong work ethic, results-oriented
  • Comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone
  • Excellent planning, writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Industry knowledge in Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is a bonus
