Responsibilities
Resolve incidents and service requests: You handle inquiries via the ticketing system or hotline and ensure issues are resolved quickly and reliably.
Keep an overview: You classify, prioritize and document requests — and handle them yourself or within the team, always mindful of our SLAs.
Support users & systems: You take care of Microsoft servers, clients and user support, including hardware provisioning via Intune.
Serve customers on site: You regularly work directly at client locations, learn their IT environments and find solutions that truly fit.
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra and Exchange Online, as well as support experience for Windows clients & Windows Server.
Experience with hardware provisioning via Intune.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and antivirus solutions.
German language skills at C1 level.
Residence in the region of our Munich office (maximum 45 km distance).
Ideally a completed Microsoft certification or willingness to obtain one.
