About the role

  • CRM Data Quality Specialist for Sartorius ensuring integrity and accuracy of CRM data. Collaborating with various teams on data quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Regular review of CRM data to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Use of data analysis tools to assess data quality and derive actionable recommendations
  • Identify data quality issues and work closely with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions
  • Support the development of strategies to prevent future data deviations
  • Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Program Manager and the Training & Enablement Program Manager to ensure data quality initiatives align with overarching digital transformation goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to improve data quality and integrity
  • Ensure efficient and scalable data management practices
  • Train and support CRM users to ensure understanding of and compliance with data quality standards
  • Work with the Training & Enablement Program Manager to create training materials focused on data quality
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality processes and issues
  • Produce regular reports on metrics and improvement initiatives related to data quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in CRM data management, ideally with Salesforce
  • Experience in data analysis and quality assurance is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Fluent written and spoken English and confident communication in an international stakeholder environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and solid knowledge of data analysis tools and methods are desirable
  • Proactive, communicative personality who enjoys diving into complex topics and managing them confidently
