CRM Data Quality Specialist for Sartorius ensuring integrity and accuracy of CRM data. Collaborating with various teams on data quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Regular review of CRM data to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and opportunities for improvement
Use of data analysis tools to assess data quality and derive actionable recommendations
Identify data quality issues and work closely with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions
Support the development of strategies to prevent future data deviations
Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Program Manager and the Training & Enablement Program Manager to ensure data quality initiatives align with overarching digital transformation goals
Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to improve data quality and integrity
Ensure efficient and scalable data management practices
Train and support CRM users to ensure understanding of and compliance with data quality standards
Work with the Training & Enablement Program Manager to create training materials focused on data quality
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality processes and issues
Produce regular reports on metrics and improvement initiatives related to data quality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
Initial professional experience in CRM data management, ideally with Salesforce
Experience in data analysis and quality assurance is advantageous
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Fluent written and spoken English and confident communication in an international stakeholder environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and solid knowledge of data analysis tools and methods are desirable
Proactive, communicative personality who enjoys diving into complex topics and managing them confidently
