About the role

  • AI Sales Engineer helping financial institutions improve productivity with AI-driven solutions. Engage with prospects and executive stakeholders to uncover workflow challenges and design impactful strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery calls and technical scoping calls with prospects to uncover workflow challenges and inefficiencies in financial institutions.
  • Create workflow maps and reports that highlight operational bottlenecks and identify agentic AI opportunities for automation.
  • Partner with Sales to co-own the pre-sales process from discovery through proposal.
  • Engage executive stakeholders, deliver clear, compelling insights on how Agentic AI drives measurable ROI and transforms operations at scale.
  • Collaborate across the team with sales, customer success, and product to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, sales engineering, consulting, customer success, business process improvement, or AI-driven automation.
  • Domain expertise either working in an American banking institution or credit union
  • Expertise in workflow mapping, process optimization, and ROI analysis, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and quickly connect the dots.
  • Effective communication skills, experience and comfort in engaging with senior executives and leaders at financial institutions.
  • Experience building business cases and ROI narratives.
  • Growth mindset and curiosity - Have a growth mindset, drive initiatives, and a strong desire to help customers succeed.
