Responsibilities
Supports the Service Department by coordinating shipping and receiving activities
Coordinates service-related equipment logistics and fulfilling small parts orders
Processes purchase orders to the parent company
Acts as the primary point of contact for service equipment tracking
Provides backup support to Service Administrators with customer service tasks
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in logistics, supply chain, or business administration preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, purchasing or customer service role
ERP system experience required; ABAS software experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
