About the role

  • Logistics Administrative Assistant supporting the Service Department with shipping, receiving, and customer service tasks for a medical device company. Ensuring efficient logistics and quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Service Department by coordinating shipping and receiving activities
  • Coordinates service-related equipment logistics and fulfilling small parts orders
  • Processes purchase orders to the parent company
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for service equipment tracking
  • Provides backup support to Service Administrators with customer service tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in logistics, supply chain, or business administration preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, purchasing or customer service role
  • ERP system experience required; ABAS software experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
