Responsibilities
Draft and disseminate correspondence for management personnel
Manage all aspects of internal and client meetings, including agenda preparation, filing correspondence, and distributing minutes to stakeholders
Provide accurate information and customer service to clients, vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders
Coordinate management diaries, which includes scheduling and calendar planning
Utilize key software packages and online data management systems, ensuring information is up to date
Assist Project Director with general administrative activities such as travel booking and data upload
Support the broader project administration team in areas such as procurement and training
Requirements
At least 2 years proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in a project environment
Experience of providing a high quality and efficient administration service
Team player with ability to work autonomously and communicate at all levels with a positive, pro-active approach
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (MS Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Great interpersonal skills (tact, integrity, confidentiality, patience, and ability to get on well with all levels of staff)
