About the role

  • Social Media Manager creating organic social media strategies for B2B and B2C clients. Delivering content and managing communities with a focus on trends and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • You develop holistic, organic social media strategies for B2B and B2C clients and execute them at a high level
  • You conceive and produce high-quality organic content that strengthens brands and sustainably grows communities
  • You plan social media roadmaps, content formats and campaigns that work without paid amplification — yet still deliver performance
  • You analyze data, derive actions and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations
  • You spot trends early, assess their relevance and integrate them sensibly into content and channel strategies
  • You manage UGC approaches, develop creator briefings and build brand ambassador structures
  • You develop and support personal brands — from the content framework to posting routines
  • You confidently manage established channels such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest and can strategically evaluate new platforms

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience in organic social media management (B2C & B2B)
  • Strong skills in content conception, editorial planning and format development
  • Knowledge of social content production (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar tools)
  • A confident sense for visual storytelling, tone of voice and platform-appropriate communication
  • Ability to think data-driven and interpret KPIs strategically — without losing focus on organic growth
  • Experience with UGC concepts and building personal brands
  • Excellent communication skills, a self-directed working style and confident client management
  • Creativity, structure and a willingness to take on responsibility
