About the role

  • Preparation of briefings for online and offline campaigns, creative guidance for copy and design, production of go-to-market (GTM) materials, communication materials for brand events and tournaments, as well as management of social media content.
  • Updating website content, including campaign key visuals (KVs), copy and product information.
  • Overseeing audiovisual projects, from briefing, scripts and storytelling to recording and post-production of the final material.
  • Liaising with vendors (agencies, proofreaders, translators and service providers) and internal departments such as Educational Services, Editorial, Sales, Market Intelligence, Events and Procurement.
  • Requesting and tracking service contracts, including system entry, organizing proposals and documents, and submitting them to Legal.
  • Initiating and following up on requests for quotations (RFQs) within the purchasing process.
  • Managing brand payments, including cash flow entries and recording invoices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications. A postgraduate degree will be considered a plus.
  • Advanced English for reading and writing; knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous marketing experience in the education sector or with educational systems will be considered a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, proactivity and creativity. Must have excellent writing skills, ability to understand processes, think scalably and use data to support decisions.
