Responsibilities
End-to-end responsibility for our B2B marketing
Build and continuously improve HubSpot as the central CRM
Define relevant KPIs and ensure clean tracking
Develop the website, landing pages and funnels with a focus on conversion
Build visibility through SEO, content, newsletters and LinkedIn
Manage performance campaigns (Google/LinkedIn)
Plan and execute trade shows and events
Support sales with materials and content
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS, tech or software environment at a startup or scale-up
Data-driven approach with KPIs, analysis and reporting
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot
Experience with GA4, WordPress and common ads platforms (Google / LinkedIn)
Understanding of B2B sales, customer journeys and content for complex/explainer products
Communication in German (C2) and English (C1)
Willingness to take ownership and proactively drive initiatives
