Responsibilities
Advise and support managers on all personnel-related matters
Support all employees across the employee lifecycle
Plan, design and optimize HR processes

Coordinate and drive the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
Completed vocational training and/or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
Good knowledge of employment law and HR processes/process optimization
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong intrinsic motivation and an independent, structured way of working
Confident user of MS Office and HR software (ideally PERSONIO)
