About the role

  • HR specialist advising management and supporting employees on HR processes. Optimizing payroll management and guiding HR projects in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support managers on all personnel-related matters
  • Support all employees across the employee lifecycle
  • Plan, design and optimize HR processes
  • Support colleagues in payroll management
  • Manage HR software (electronic personnel files, self-service) and ensure data integrity
  • Coordinate and drive the implementation of HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and/or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of employment law and HR processes/process optimization
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong intrinsic motivation and an independent, structured way of working
  • Confident user of MS Office and HR software (ideally PERSONIO)
