About the role

  • Contract Manager overseeing cleaning services and client relationships for a portfolio of accounts. Ensuring service delivery standards and financial performance at an award-winning cleaning company.

Responsibilities

  • Contract/Site Management of cleaning staff
  • Ensure the cleaning service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to
  • Regular client liaison and monitoring cleaning standards and client satisfaction
  • Deal with client queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Control financial performance of contracts
  • Identify additional opportunities for work and assist the sales team
  • Ensure adequate supplies are onsite and recruit, induct and train staff
  • Resolve disciplinary/ grievance matters in line with company policy
  • Provide guidance, coaching and training to managers and supervisors

Requirements

  • Experience in managing multiple commercial cleaning accounts
  • Strong management style with experience in recruitment, on-boarding, training and development
  • Passionate about people
  • Health and Safety qualification or experience in this area
  • Client liaison and presentation experience
  • Full clean driving licence
