Responsibilities
- Contract/Site Management of cleaning staff
- Ensure the cleaning service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to
- Regular client liaison and monitoring cleaning standards and client satisfaction
- Deal with client queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Control financial performance of contracts
- Identify additional opportunities for work and assist the sales team
- Ensure adequate supplies are onsite and recruit, induct and train staff
- Resolve disciplinary/ grievance matters in line with company policy
- Provide guidance, coaching and training to managers and supervisors
Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple commercial cleaning accounts
- Strong management style with experience in recruitment, on-boarding, training and development
- Passionate about people
- Health and Safety qualification or experience in this area
- Client liaison and presentation experience
- Full clean driving licence
