Requirements
- Degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Operations, Energy, Building, Electrical or Supply Engineering OR technical vocational training, e.g., as an HVAC/plumbing technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK) or electrical technician
- Several years of professional experience in facility management and initial leadership experience
- Effective day-to-day organization combined with flexibility
- Service- and solution-oriented mindset
- Respectful and development-focused leadership of employees
- Confident use of MS Office
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1)
- Class B driving licence
