About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR partner for a large workforce in France
  • Coach and challenge leaders on people-related decisions and engagement
  • Lead workforce planning activities and develop solutions
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and local practices
  • Support learning and development initiatives for managers

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR generalist role
  • Strong, up-to-date working knowledge of French labour law and employment regulations
  • Experience supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills
