About the role

  • HR Consultant engaging in recruiting and personal marketing for the leading B2B sales consultancy. Focused on acquiring new customers and evaluating candidate fit through interviews and outreach activities.

Responsibilities

  • You acquire new clients and handle inbound inquiries
  • You conduct consultation and analysis meetings with new or existing clients
  • You contact and engage candidates via LinkedIn
  • You conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for our clients

Requirements

  • You are interested in sales and HR (ideally you already have some initial experience in sales, not required)
  • Optionally: career changers with strong communication skills and a strong interest in sales and recruiting are welcome
  • You are outgoing and communicative
  • You are self-motivated, a team player, and career-oriented
  • You take a hands-on approach and find solutions to challenges
  • Excellent German (C2) and strong English (C1) language skills
