Responsibilities

  • Champion performance and development conversations
  • Use data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
  • Spot and solve problems before they grow
  • Partner on change projects that land well and bring people with us
  • Continuously improve how we work as a People Team and as a business
  • Deliver strategic, proactive people support to your designated business areas
  • Support talent, culture, and performance initiatives that drive engagement and growth

Requirements

  • Experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling business
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Business-savvy, with the ability to connect people strategy to commercial outcomes
  • Confident coaching and supporting managers at all levels
  • Excellent relationship builder and communicator—you know how to influence with credibility and empathy
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational and project management skills
  • Data-literate, with experience using HR metrics to inform and shape decisions
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
