Support the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening and interview scheduling
Assist with onboarding activities including document preparation and coordination of employee orientation
Maintain and update employee records and HR database ensuring data accuracy
Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Prepare and manage HR documentation including contracts, letters and internal policies
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
Coordinate with internal departments on HR-related matters

Requirements
Fluent in Thai and English, both verbal and written
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
6 months – 2 years of relevant HR experience
Basic understanding of HR functions and local labour laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and administrative abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
