Responsibilities
- Lead audience engagement through chat and interactive experiences as part of the live broadcast motion
- Own moderation timelines for all Salesforce+ live streamed events
- Support production of robust virtual event motion
- Create and manage detailed project timelines tracking key deliverables and milestones across teams ensuring programs stay on schedule
- Partner with Broadcast Producers to support across production planning and content development
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with event and/or broadcast production
- Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- On-site event operations / experiential
- Bonus: Broadcast production knowledge (pre-production to post-production)
