Responsibilities
Seeking a professional to work within the Product Marketing team focused on creating memorable experiences through events and promotional activities that delight customers, engage internal audiences and strengthen connections with the Dealer Network.
Work with a strategic vision in national and international markets, promoting products and services and positioning the brand as a reference in innovation, proximity and excellence in market relations.
Develop and implement product launches, creating impactful experiences that reinforce the brand’s differentiators.
Plan and execute events and promotional activities for all internal areas of the company, ensuring alignment with the brand’s strategic objectives.
Coordinate the Factory Visit Program, ensuring a delightful and memorable journey for visitors.
Lead all event phases — from briefing to results evaluation — ensuring quality, innovation and operational excellence.
Attend on-site to oversee setup, execution and teardown stages of events, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and brand identity standards.
Manage promotional agencies and vendors, ensuring deliveries that exceed expectations and comply with brand standards.
Manage suppliers, contracts, budgets and schedules, ensuring excellence in delivery and timely execution.
Oversee event and promotional budgets, optimizing resources and ensuring the best return on investment.
Research trends and propose participation in new events, keeping the calendar updated and aligned with company strategy.
Develop strategies for participation in trade shows and business events, evaluating the best format of presence according to each audience and segment.
Establish and strengthen relationships with industry associations and strategic partners.
Create differentiated and innovative promotional activations that generate positive impact and reinforce brand positioning.
Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics for events and promotional activities, proposing continuous improvements.
Produce and manage promotional merchandise in accordance with the brand guide, meeting area demands with creativity and consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
Experience in events, project management and budget management
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Advanced English for communication with teams in other countries
