Responsibilities
Assist with customer service and client support both in person on-site and via telephone and written communication
Support the planning, execution and follow-up of a variety of events
Set up videoconferencing and presentation equipment, and assist with event setup and breakdown
Assist with other departmental projects
Actively participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
Enrolled in a university degree program
Friendly, customer-focused demeanor
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2)
Strong organizational skills and reliability
Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and experience with MS Teams
Very good understanding of event and media technology is desirable
Experience with content management systems is a plus
