About the role

  • Sales Program Associate managing demand generation strategies for Salesforce's LATAM Sales team. Collaborating with executives and marketing teams to drive pipeline and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our CBU Leaders in Brazil: RVP, Sales Managers, and Business strategy stakeholders
  • Create and own a consolidated demand generation plan/calendar to meet AE pipeline generation targets
  • Ensure full engagement of sales teams in relevant demand generation actions via ongoing communication and review of results
  • Own and be accountable for the regional Demand Generation board cadence and pipeline targets
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on pipeline trends and progression
  • Align Global and LATAM campaigns, promotions, and messaging to targeted industries, segments, and accounts

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a similar program role or business development, sales readiness, marketing, or sales, in a high tech environment
  • Proven track record in driving demand generation/campaigns / programs through and with the senior field sales organization
  • Strong leadership, networking, relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required, Salesforce.com experience an advantage
  • English proficiency is a requirement, Spanish is a plus.
