About the role

  • Leading sales and developing strategies for Inuvet's growth in Austria. Fostering customer relationships and guiding a sales team to achieve market success.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for sales in Austria, both strategically and operationally.
  • Develop new sales strategies and identify market and growth opportunities.
  • Expand existing customer relationships and acquire new veterinary practices and partners.
  • Work closely with the headquarters in Germany and internal teams such as Marketing and Finance.
  • Lead and develop the existing field sales team.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in the veterinary/animal health sector.
  • Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in sales conversations and confident handling of objections.
  • Willingness to take responsibility, make decisions and stand by them.
  • Ability to question existing processes and mindsets and actively drive change.
