Responsibilities
You implement the national sales and marketing strategy and build sustainable relationships with key customers
Independently plan, execute and analyze customer interactions and create a territory-specific activity plan
Take responsibility for the commercial success of the focus products and organize regional training programs (in-person & digital)
Actively participate in conferences, meetings and awareness campaigns to promote innovations and pipeline products
Carefully document all activities in the CRM system and pursue continuous professional development through internal and external training
Requirements
Certified pharmaceutical representative, pharmaceutical advisor, or comparable qualification according to §75 AMG (e.g., a degree in a natural science) is required
Initial professional experience in pharmaceutical field sales is an advantage
Experience in diabetes, cardiology or other cardiometabolic conditions is desirable but not mandatory
Strong communication skills when interacting with diverse customer groups, especially in handling challenging situations
