About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for scaling B2B business in sustainable interior design solutions. Collaboration with project management and key accounts in client acquisition and support.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the B2B customer business
  • Manage existing customers and key accounts
  • Active new client acquisition (research, initial outreach, pitch decks)
  • Advise on planting/greenery concepts and design solutions
  • Upselling and cross-selling with new and existing customers
  • Prepare quotes, orders, and manage project execution

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in project-based, interior, or design environments
  • Confident presence and enjoyment of customer interaction
  • Structured, independent working style, strong communication skills, and negotiation ability
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
  • Fluent in German and English
