About the role

  • Sales Team Lead driving B2B growth in the Learn & Care market across France. Leading a team of Account Executives to acquire new clients and scale the segment.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the Sales leader for the Learn & Care team in France, responsible for both achieving targets and building the operational machine.
  • Own the Learn & Care acquisition plan in France. Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for customers with 30–300 employees, covering targeting through closing, to meet ambitious acquisition goals and scale the segment.
  • Build and coach a team of 5 Account Executives.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development as the team and segment scale.
  • Help each team member hit their targets through clear expectations, rigorous follow‑up, and continuous coaching on methodology, deal execution, and pipeline management.
  • Be in the field with the team: prospect, join key meetings, support difficult negotiations, and own strategic opportunities to maximize win rates.
  • Empower every team member: create the conditions for each person to meet and exceed their goals by fostering a strong feedback culture, coaching, clear ownership, and autonomy.
  • Ensure market fit and remove blockers: surface customer expectations, recurring patterns, and operational blockers, and ensure they’re addressed through appropriate strategic and execution plans (product, pricing, ops, marketing, etc.).

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets as an Account Executive and Sales Lead.
  • Experience leading and coaching sales teams, with the ability to set a high bar, provide clear direction, and support people’s growth.
  • Full professional proficiency in French and advanced English for internal communication.
  • A very hands‑on mentality: you enjoy being in the field with your team, attending customer meetings, assisting in tough negotiations, and sharing what works.
  • Experience selling to mid‑market companies (30–300+ employees), ideally in multi‑stakeholder deals.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and able to prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Data‑driven and analytical: proficient at using KPIs to drive performance, conducting analyses, and making informed decisions.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and a genuine appetite for building initiatives with others (sales ops, marketing, etc.).
  • Nice-to-have:
  • Experience in one of the Learn & Care verticals (daycare, education, hospitals, social work, home care/support, etc.).
  • Experience selling to HR, Finance, and C‑level stakeholders.
  • Previous experience launching or scaling a new segment or market in a fast‑growing company.
