Responsibilities
Liaise with Cypress Waters facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
Restock and re-order supplies for the kitchen.
Oversee daily office operations and ensure that office processes run smoothly.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Manage the scheduling of conference rooms and travel offices.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Support several C-level executives as an Administrative Assistant.
Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as meetings, parties, celebrations, conferences and customer visits.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant discipline with 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
