Responsibilities

  • Be the "glue" within recruiting processes and in-office operations
  • Support interview coordination and offer generation
  • Organize panel interviews and ensure a welcoming office environment
  • Greet guests, manage deliveries and inventory, and support events

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience supporting fast-paced operations within tech, fintech, payments, or similar high-growth environments
  • Strong foundation in both recruitment coordination and office management
  • Technically proficient with recruiting and productivity tools, including Workday, ModernLoop, Google Suite, Slack, project management platforms, and Apple MacOS
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams
