About the role

  • Scheduling Administrator at S2 Partnership coordinating UK-wide consultant schedules and supporting administration tasks with Zendesk.

Responsibilities

  • Help schedule the workload of 45+ UK-wide consultants
  • Assist with general administration duties
  • Provide email client support using Zendesk support suite

Requirements

  • Good telephone and IT skills
  • Well-organised with the ability to plan and work to deadlines
  • Previous experience in scheduling and preparation of fee proposals would be an advantage
