About the role

  • Customer Success Manager responsible for improving customer experiences in Rydoo's card business. Managing onboarding and support while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new card customers.
  • Guide customers through setup, documentation, and configuration steps.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Finance) and card partners to ensure timely activations.
  • Monitor onboarding milestones and proactively follow up on pending actions.
  • Follow up on Requests for Information (RFI) and ensure timely completion.
  • Customer Support & Relationship Management
  • Act as the operational point of contact for existing card customers.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support for issue resolution when needed.
  • Provide clear, structured updates to customers on operational matters.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent and proactive communication.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to optimize product offering and workflows.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and best practice sharing.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven ability to develop practical, workable solutions.
  • Experience in audit, banking or accounting would be a nice extra
  • An appetite for learning.
