- Pivotal senior executive serving as Chief of Staff to CEO of Transform division at RWS. Driving productivity, efficiency, and strategic initiatives while overseeing communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and the senior leadership team, providing insights to guide decision-making, program management, and the execution of new initiatives.
- Partner with the CEO to architect the Transform division's strategy and ensure its successful implementation through the wider Senior Leadership Team.
- Drive M&A strategy by identifying and appraising potential acquisitions in partnership with the M&A team to accelerate growth.
- Ensure the division remains on track to meet and exceed its strategic and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with Operational Excellence teams to continuously refine working methods and optimize organizational procedures for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with Finance teams to proactively manage P&Ls, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring financial discipline and strategic resource allocation.
- Work alongside HR Business Partners to build, scale, and champion a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Act as a central communication liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEO, ensuring a consistent and efficient flow of information across the organization.
- Oversee and lead critical business initiatives and special projects from conception through to successful execution.
- Deputize for and represent the CEO, maintaining operational momentum and strategic direction in their absence.
Requirements
- Significant proven experience in a business management, strategy, or executive-level advisory role within a fast-paced, global organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and M&A activities.
- A strong background in program and project management, with a proven ability to lead large, cross-functional projects to successful completion.
- Experience in policy development and implementation within a corporate framework.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- An MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.
