About the role

  • Sales Account Executive responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales for RusHour, a B2B sales optimization company for restaurants. Engaging with leads and qualifying business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and close qualified inbound leads (incoming inquiries, warm prospects)
  • Execute targeted outbound actions (cold calls, follow-ups, reminders)
  • Quickly qualify restaurant owners' business needs
  • Clearly present RusHour's offerings and their value proposition
  • Manage the full sales cycle: contact → qualification → closing
  • Keep the CRM up to date and maintain rigorous pipeline tracking
  • Meet and exceed monthly signing targets
  • Ramp up quickly on our products, market, and tools

Requirements

  • Strong commercial drive: you want to sell, perform, and earn money
  • Comfortable on the phone, with genuine persuasion skills
  • Fast learner and able to adapt to a changing environment
  • Results- and performance-oriented mindset
  • Experience in B2B sales / closing / cold calling is a plus but not required
  • Autonomous, disciplined, and reliable
