About the role

  • HR Assistant supporting Business Partner and leaders at a company focused on innovative solutions. Engaging in HR processes and supporting employee experience in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a support point for managers and employees, advising on HR policies, processes, and workflows.
  • Support the HR Business Partner (BP) in analyzing people-related requests, contributing diagnostics, metrics, and action plans.
  • Prepare materials, reports, and management presentations for meetings with business areas.
  • Keep spreadsheets, dashboards, and HR metrics controls up to date.
  • Support recruitment and selection activities as needed.
  • Conduct and/or assist with exit interviews, consolidating information and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support training, onboarding, and development activities.
  • Organize and monitor medical certificates, leaves of absence, and other administrative controls.
  • Contribute to initiatives related to organizational climate, engagement, internal communications, and employee experience.
  • Support internal marketing (employee engagement) campaigns, recognition initiatives, and special occasion events.
  • Participate in wellbeing, diversity, and culture-strengthening initiatives.
  • Maintain a consultative, empathetic, and welcoming approach when supporting employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology (completed or in progress).
  • Previous experience in generalist HR responsibilities.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with controls, reports, and metrics analysis.
  • Experience creating presentations and executive materials (PowerPoint and/or Canva).
  • Experience consolidating and presenting reports and results to managers.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and a consultative mindset.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Gupy).
  • Experience supporting a Business Partner or providing direct support to leadership.
  • Experience with HR metrics, dashboards, and culture/climate projects.
