Responsibilities
Provide full time administrative support to USACS System/Site Medical Directors and other site leadership
Oversee clerical, administrative, reporting and office management functions
Act as the liaison between USACS locations and regional leadership, corporate office personnel, physicians, patients, and hospital personnel
Develop relationships with hospital personnel to support the USACS contract at the site
Coordinate calendars for Medical Directors and manage meetings with leadership team and hospital administration
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of three years’ administrative experience required
Must have thorough knowledge of personal computer in a Windows environment
Strong emphasis on processing electronic documents/attachments with Adobe, spreadsheets (Excel Intermediate to Advanced Level), presentation, and database applications
Ability to communicate with employees, physicians, management, and external business contacts
