About the role
- Recruiting Coordinator supporting hiring processes at Rowan Digital Infrastructure. Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Be the main point of contact for onsite interviews at the Denver office
- Manage and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience
- Post job openings on various job boards and company career pages
- Assist with background checks, offer letters, and pre-employment paperwork
- Assist with onboarding process with onboarding communication, new hire paperwork and conducting New Hire Orientation.
- Update headcount plans and New Hire spreadsheet with candidate names, offer letters, and new hires
- Collaborate with recruiters and HR team members to improve hiring workflows
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
- Help track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Create reports on hiring metrics and employee metrics utilizing Ashby and HiBob
- Assist with HR projects as needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years in recruiting, HR, or administrative support (preferably in talent acquisition)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby Preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
