About the role

  • Field & Partner Marketing Manager at Rossum.ai focusing on field marketing and partner-led programs across EMEA. Collaborating with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to boost visibility and strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Assist in the creation, execution, and measurement of regional field marketing programs, including executive events, webinars, roundtables, sponsorships, and local campaigns.
  • Partner Collaboration: Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic and regional partners, ensuring strong partner engagement and consistent Rossum visibility.
  • Liaison & Support: Act as the key marketing liaison for partners in-region, supporting enablement, joint events, and pipeline acceleration activities.
  • Targeted Messaging: Collaborate across teams to develop localized messaging and assets for specific personas, industries, and partner-led opportunities.
  • Event Management: Manage end-to-end logistics for regional and partner events, including vendors, venues, speakers, and on-site execution.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze performance metrics, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and share actionable insights to improve ROI.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in field or regional marketing within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • You have a hands-on track record of planning and executing marketing programs that drive pipeline and customer engagement.
  • You are a strong cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing teams.
  • You possess solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a data-driven mindset and feel confident using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to analyze performance.
  • You are based in EMEA and willing to travel approximately 20% for events.
