Responsibilities
Ensure stable system operations and execute international rollouts for our global HR system landscape, consisting of SAP SuccessFactors, Aconso and Concur
Optimize and support selected SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time and Compensation
Work closely with (international) business units, IT teams and implementation partners to ensure consistent data governance, clear HR processes and a unified architecture
Prepare and facilitate workshops and deliver training in German and English
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration/Economics or a related field
Several years of professional experience in HR project environments, ideally with cloud-based HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar solutions
Strong knowledge of core HR processes; ideally you have experience in areas such as talent management, compensation, people analytics or working with HR interfaces
Excellent German and English skills, a keen interest in digital HR processes and the motivation to work on new topics
