About the role

  • Own the talent engine and performance infrastructure at Roebuck Law Firm. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and compliance while ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own the firm’s talent engine, operational systems, and performance infrastructure
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process including job postings, sourcing, structured interviews, and closing
  • Design and maintain structured onboarding programs with measurable milestones for each role
  • Conduct structured performance check-ins and support corrective action processes
  • Build and maintain the firm’s SOP library and drive compliance enforcement
  • Serve as the firm’s case management system owner and ensure data standards across platforms
  • Coordinate policy and handbook updates with HR counsel and manage operational KPIs

Requirements

  • **Must-Haves**
  • 3+ years of operations, office management, HR, or recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Proven recruiting ownership—you ran the funnel, not just assisted
  • Experience managing people, including performance management and difficult conversations
  • Operational rigor: you build dashboards, documentation, and checklists and follow through
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly—this role requires hands-on system management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Based in Las Vegas and able to work on-site full-time
  • **Preferred**
  • Experience with Filevine or similar legal case management software (Clio, Litify, SmartAdvocate)
  • Familiarity with plaintiff personal injury practice workflows
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online, Go High Level, or RingCentral
  • Knowledge of Nevada employment law and HR compliance
  • Background in a high-growth small business where you built systems from scratch
