Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify areas of growth.
Work closely with marketing to refine go-to-market strategies for new sectors or geographies.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for new business opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and solutions to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, product management, and operations, to align solutions with customer needs.
Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns targeting new customer acquisition.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, prospects, and deals in CRM systems.
Regularly report on key performance metrics, including leads generated, pipeline health, and revenue contributions.

5+ years of proven success in business development, sales, or account management, in chemical sectors.
